Can I transfer files using FTP?

Memopal does not support FTP.

As an alternative, Memopal supports WebDav. This encrypted (hence more secure) system is very similar to FTP and is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux, without the need for further software installation.

WebDav supports folder drag and drop and deletion. However, it does not support write operations. To do this you must first put the file into a folder that is accessible to Memopal.

If Memopal is already installed, just click on "Browse".

If you are not using your computer:

Windows

1) Using Internet Explorer, click on the "Files -> Open" menu
2) Enter the address https://dav.memopal.com/ and select the "Open as Web folder" option

Mac

1) Open Finder
2) Type Cmd+K, then enter https://dav.memopal.com/

Linux

1) At the terminal, type: mount -t davfs https://dav.memopal.com/ yourlocalfolder.
