Backup USB stick
"I once had this USB stick that I used for work, school, and in general kept the data on there pretty professional. I had an important presentation for school coming and I had to make a video for it and as usual I ended up placing it on my USB stick. Well I got to school, we were all set up and ready to present the only thing was to plug in the USB stick and play the movie.
To my surprise after it was plugged in, the light stopped that shows activity between the USB stick and computer went out. In addition, the computer didn't recognize the USB stick, needless to say I was in a problem luckily the teacher postponed my presentation. I lost all my data on the USB stick to this day I do not know the cause this data on the USB stick was worth a big portion of my grade. The best thing to do in the future would be to have some redundancy."
