"I lost about 160 gb of information of my HDD (Maxtor Hard Disk), in march 2008. Data that were lost personal photos, documents from school, work projects, videos, etc. Other data were important not. I tried to repair the flawed with several programs such as 'HDD Regenerator', 'HDD Recovery', and others, but got no positive results. Until I tried the software "Runtime Get Data Back" and I was able to recover at least some small documents such as photos, pdf and word documents, but the device was unusable. The most costly to suffer a loss of data is not material, are the data. Manufacturers must work more on the strength of the devices to maintain data integrity. "
